If I could have put zero stars, I would. I understand your experience may differ greatly, but sadly my own was a far from a pleasant encounter at this particular location. From upon entrance the staff was rolling eyes, and not wanting to address that I was a customer. I asked about a special all Hardees carry, and they denied it. I ordered two meals and when I asked for an upgrade the females response was, "that too? Oh lord.", verbatim. When I received my order, there were no pickles, one leaf of rotten lettuce, half a cheese square, one slice of a small rotten tomato, and one squirt of mustard. The female who took my order saw that I was looking at her, filled the fries, then dumped half of each fry container out. (I noticed when I opened the bag) Not only were ingredients evidently withheld without my request, but I was given attitude the entire time and when I suggested they remake them I was given the same burgers with pickles inside. I have NEVER RECIEVED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM A CDL DRIVER WHO TRAVELS ALL 50 STATES OF AMERICA. Disappointment would be an understatement. This was an experience that actually tampered with my mood, rather than uplift it as I initally thought I was about to consume the hardees I've so loved in the past, only to find the quality comparable to that of a dollar burger at mcdonalds...disappointing indeed.
Food is good staff on register don't care and are rude. They will look and see you standing waiting to order and will just finish the conversation they are having before you get service.tell them thanks you and it's like you didn't say anything.ask for condiments and they get tossed at you instead of handing them to you will not be back
Went through the drive thru, ordered two 5 piece chicken tenders, chicken sandwich and a 1/4 lb burger. Pulled ahead to wait for my chicken fillet. It was cool, received two 3 piece tenders instead of 5 ( double checked receipt, ordered and paid for two 5 piece) and a burger that was cold and thrown together. The staff was rude when taking our order and at the window. Luckily , we won't be back here as we are just passing through on our way home from Florida.
After taking my order, Natasha, the server listed on my receipt, proceeded to prepare my milkshakes without washing her hands and putting on gloves. When I asked if there were some gloves that I could put on, she proceeded to ask me why she needed to. With that being said, DO NOT EAT HERE!
Slow service. Not very friendly. Made me feel like I was an interuption to them. I ordered a small hamburger with catchup only. I had been waiting a few minutes when I heard the sales clerk tell the cook" oh yeah I need a small burger with just catchup" What!?...well a few minutes latter I got my burger. I then took a bite and didnt taste any meet so I thought I only had a bun but the I saw hiw small the burger paty was. I know I ordered a small but I at least thought it would fit the bun. They may need to get a smaller bun for such a small burger patty.
