A 1 star rating should be generous when judging this restaurant. Crowded lobby, no drive thru, apathetic staff, and low quality food. Never coming back here again!
Our restaurant is the best and these people mad because they come in here and can't get they way. Then gone have the nerve to treat us any kind of way. We human just like they are and of course if you want fresh food you going have to wait. What they mean poor customer service? Then they mad at us for what reason we only doing our job if they tell us to do something we do exactly that. Yes we charge 25 cent to go only because people get they food to go but yet still sit in the lobby and create a mess and then when they leave they taking 5 or 6 straws and hand full of napkins of course you gone get charge 25 cent to go. We don't make the prices we charge what they tell us to charge which is main corporate. Be blessed and have a great day!
Traveling through from Panama City. Stopped to get a quick bite. One of the worst burgers I've ever had. Got mushroom n swiss and I believe they scraped the grill slugde off onto my burger!
You should pass on this place and go somewhere else. Slow service, poor attitude, and sloppily made ice cream. How hard is it to make the ice cream look halfway decent to present to the customer? Absolutely no customer service. I witnessed the 4 orders ahead of me and they ALL had issues with their orders...wrong items, missing items, no condiments and all complained which went on unapologetic ears! DON'T GO HERE!!
The girl that took my order needs to work on her listening skills, the cheeseburger I ordered was tasteless even with the .75 single piece of bacon on it. It's just plain laziness to not place on order with 2 meal boxes & a bag on a tray for a customer.
