A nice place. Good water pressure and the best bath facilities I have seen rates it high on my list of campgrounds. A view of green and welcoming, helpful, friendly staff puts it near perfect. Try the back roads in the area for a lovely drive.
Pros: Park is very nice and clean, large RV sites, bathrooms are some of the best I have ever seen at RV Parks. Very well maintained park right off of the interstate. Park staff very friendly, and helpful.
Our experience was perfect. We had a long day and were behind schedule and stressed. It was already dark. Late arrival at night can be a nightmare but not in this case.The entrance is clearly marked. The staff waited for us, and she led us to our site. On an overnight, all I want is easy in and easy out and long enough for our 42 foot 5th wheel so that we do not have to unhook. Our site was even better than that. Our site was one that we drove straight into and straight out of along the edge of the park--- meaning no turns into a site in the dark when pods are harder to see. Inexpensive too with Good Sam. Bathroom spotless.
Cons: No cons on the park, but I want to warn every RVer to visit this park to stay away and do not do any business with the Dairy Queen located at 1122 Tyson Road, Hope Hull, AL, 3 miles from this park. You will get the most horrible food, and the owner of that restaurant will NOT give you any refunds or even try to resolve any issues with the food you may have. We had 2 large fires that were less than a small, 2 double hamburgers that were only about 1/4" thick and flattened like a pancake. They do not answer the phone there so don't call. I am URGING ALL RVers To stay away from this Dairy Queen. You will regret it like I am as I am getting no where complaining to corporate and seeing you can't call there, the owner ignores ALL customer complaints. BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM DAIRY QUEEN!!!
Nice location off interstate. Friendly staff, spacious sites. Good water, sewer and electrical connections. No cable but antenna picked up several stations out of Montgomery.
The owner and staff are very friendly. They keep the sites mowed and plenty big enough. The bathrooms are clean and showers are huge. I recommend everyone to stop by and see this new park and watch it grow into greatness. My stay here was wonderful.
